NTT DATA will provide complimentary economy class travel and two nights' accommodations at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. We understand that your schedule might require you to be flexible and our event partner will be happy to discuss your personal needs during the travel process if special scheduling is required.

Once you submit your travel preferences, we will contact you via email with a proposed flight schedule. Please review the proposed itinerary and respond before 30 October 2025. We will not book tickets without your approval.
